Artwork SUPPLYING
ARTWORK... Before you send it - check it! * Phone 9562 8888 to discuss supplied file requirements before supplying art on disk or email. If there are any technical requirements or terms you do not understand then please call. * Unless otherwise arranged all copy supplied to us, whether on disk or hard copy, should be CORRECT for print. Artwork charges will apply for ongoing client alterations and/or corrections. * Digital files accepted in QuarkXpress, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat PDFs (Press ready CMYK or B&W with at least 3mm bleed) and Microsoft Word (text only) * Corel and Freehand user please supply high resolution PDFs with 3mm bleed. * No finished artwork in Microsoft Publisher or Word (please no imbedded pics or graphics). * Pictures to be supplied as High Resolution Tiffs or Jpegs (CMYK or B&W). Any Multi Coloured Logos to be supplied as EPS files with fonts as outlines unless otherwise arranged. * The onus is on the client to supply the correct file data supported with all mechanical colour separated printouts and information regarding the print job. * Whilst we check clients files before proceeding to print, we accept no responsibility for omissions, corrupt files, incorrect colours or resolution of supplied files and a fee may be charged for any digital artwork which needs to be changed/updated/converted or corrected. * When digital files are supplied they MUST be accompanied by a composite laser print of the job along with complete laser separations showing the colours to be printed. * Colour pictures should be supplied high resolution 300dpi, at 100% of intended printed size. Or hard copy or transparancy for scanning. * All proofs MUST be checked thoroughly by the client, marked up if necessary, and SIGNED OFF BEFORE PROCEEDING TO PRINT. If any part of a job is not ready to print we will either return it to you for correction or bill you for artwork time. We will not be able to schedule a delivery date until all artwork is complete and signed off.
